1. General Information

DES Innovation Limited operates as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier. All information on this website is intended for use by business customers and not by consumers. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they wish to purchase the Supplies for business purposes and not as a consumer.

2. Prices and Payments

Prices for goods will be provided to the buyer after submitting and confirming the inquiry. Payments can be made in euros, US dollars via bank transfer, recognised credit or debit cards, or any other method agreed upon with the Seller.

3. Returns

If any goods are or become defective due to the use of faulty materials or poor workmanship or manufacture within a reasonable period from the date of dispatch, we will repair or replace them at the Company's discretion. This is conditional upon the goods being returned in good condition with a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase. The return is also subject to the goods not having defects caused by failure to comply with usage instructions, storage, installation, commissioning, use, or maintenance of the goods, or if alterations or repairs are made without our written consent. The Customer is responsible for the cost of carriage and insurance when returning the goods. Goods should be returned to:

Goods not in the catalogue or non-stock items may not be returned under these conditions. If returned goods are found to be in full working order and not defective, they will be returned to the Customer, and an administration fee of 15% of the goods' price, along with the cost of carriage, will be charged.

4. Delivery

We deliver products worldwide using both ground and air freight shipping. The cost of delivery depends on the weight and dimensions of the goods, and is calculated on the basis of the logistic company tariff. The shipment period for stock goods is within 7-10 working days.

5. Warranty/Guarantee

We provide a 24-month warranty on all products of our own production. For all other goods, the warranty or guarantee provided by the manufacturer will be transferred to you.
